Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Pediatric advanced life support has become such an integral part of emergency care in the United States. Physicians and nurses should have training in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). The Pediatric Advanced Life Support Course offered by the American Heart Association to improve physicians and nurses on pediatric resuscitation skills. A course offers information and strategies needed to recognize, prevent, and provide advanced life support services for cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children.
It is strongly recommended that anyone engaging in the care of critically ill infants and children obtain PALS certification. Today, you can take PALS course and certification online. There are many PALS provider education courses available on the Internet. Make sure you get PALS certification through accredited PALS training center. After make PALS course registration, you will be sent supplemental materials to either study or use as a reference. The book and other supplemental materials can help you pass the exam.
